By downloading or using QR Scanner Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
- QR Scanner Pro is licensed (not sold) to you for personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app.
- You must not use the app to scan or generate QR codes for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
App Tiers & Usage
- Guest: Scan QR codes, create basic QR codes, view local scan history. Enabled with advertisements.
- Registered User: Create a user account to sync scan history to the cloud, set QR expiry dates, add tags & notes, and unlock custom QR design features (colors, shapes, frames, logos). Enabled with advertisements.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, and underlying code are owned by the QR Scanner Pro team. You retain ownership of content you upload or create through the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
